On 10 February 2024, part of the floor in my bathroom collapsed, leaving a gaping hole and a concern for the underfloor of my 1910 Federation house in Thornbury. I sought help and advice from several companies and finally chose ResCom, mainly because of the helpful and honest approach from Tom Demirdjian, who recognised the urgency of the problem and the need for swift action.
The work involved replacing the toilet, vanity and shower, reinforcing and water-proofing the under-floor; and re-tiling floor and walls.

Tom of Rescom Complete repaired our broken sewer pipe in Essendon. It was an extremely challenging job which needed re-routing the pipe underground and under our rear decking. We were impressed with Tom’s work ethic and time management to enable the job to be carried out with minimum disruption. We then re-employed Tom to fully strip and renovate the bathrooms in two rental properties in an inner suburb of Melbourne. Both renovation jobs came out with a fantastic result. Tom’s communication and time management was again excellent. Both the bathroom upgrades were money well spent and finished off with a very high professional result. I've used Tom and the team at Rescom Complete twice now to renovate two bathrooms due to leaking shower bases and plumbing issues within them. Both times I have been extremely impressed with the standard of work and level of service. Tom was friendly, helpful (even went out of his way to find matching tiles for the job) and easy to deal with. He attended the property at the time he said he would and kept the tenants and I regularly updated on the progress of the job. The waterproofing issues had caused plaster damage below, and Tom sorted that repair out as well! It was simply no hassle to work with Tom and the team at Rescom Complete and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or building work. You won't be disappointed.
